We all knew that, with Bindi Irwin signing up to the U.S. Dancing With The Stars, it was only a matter of time until they hit critical ‘Straya levels and bunged her into a Crocodile Hunter-themed routine.
We did not necessarily expect it to happen this fast, but here we find ourselves.
Overnight, the show aired its season premiere, and Bindi and Derek Hough – who are known as #TeamCrikey, because of course they are – pulled off a spirited routine to ‘Crocodile Rock’.
Early in the piece, Hough pulled off Bindi’s khaki zookeeper uniform to reveal a sparkly and highly on-theme green dress. Her facial expressions throughout were absolutely everything.
The judges approved, and gave #TeamCrikey the highest scores of the night, putting them in a tie for the top spot with Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and his partner. TBH, after this, we’re 100% on board the Bindi train and will be riding it all the way to the last stop:
