The clip was first posted to the social media platform on Friday and has since gone viral. According to YouTube, it was filmed in 2010 at a concert in Ogden, Denver.

The age of consent in Colorado is 17.

After the woman is brought on stage, Drake compliments her hair, kisses her neck, and then embraces her from behind.

When the rapper learns of her age, Drake shouts, “I can’t go to jail yet, man!”

The crowd cheers.

“Why do you look like that?! You thick. Look at all this.”

“Well look, I had fun,” he continues. “I don’t know whether I should feel guilty or not, but I had fun. I like the way your breasts feel against my chest. I just want to thank you.”

Drake then kisses her hands, cheeks, forehead, and lips.

In the longer version of the clip, posted on YouTube, Drake tells the crowd afterwards: “It’s okay I’m only 23, I can do shit like that.”

The video has since gone viral on Twitter, with some labelling his actions “creepy” while others have simply called for the rapper to be “cancelled”.

Some mentioned his relationship with Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown. The duo’s friendship made headlines when Brown revealed she and Drake texted each other about missing one another and boy advice.

In September of last year, Brown took to her Instagram to defend their friendship after many described it as inappropriate.
