Build The Sydney Opera House Out Of Lego

Ever wanted to have an uninterrupted view of the Opera House?

Now you can and you won’t even have to commit tax fraud. The latest building in the structurally complex LEGO Creator Expert line which already includes finicky scale builds of the Taj Mahal, Eiffel Tower and Tower Bridge is a three thousand piece model of the most progressive landmark in the world: The Sydney Opera House.

The model follows this aesthetically inferior Lego Architecture version of the venue (it looked like a sad, decapitated mech warrior), and uses “advanced building techniques” to boost the structure’s realism with “unmistakable rooflines” and “complex angled walls”, whatever that means.

The build is comprised of 2989 bricks and is 28cm high x 63.5cm wide x 38cm deep.

The Opera House model will retail for $399.99 and is available for purchase in September.
