Billie Eilish Has Some Savage Words For “Bitches” Behind Alabama’s Abortion Bill

The latest celebrity to speak out against Alabama’s vile abortion bill might just be the youngest of the lot: teen queen Billie Eilish.

The ‘Bad Guy’ singer recently spoke at Thursday night’s ASCAP Pop Music Awards at the Beverly Hilton where she received the Vanguard Award.

During an interview with Variety, she briefly moved the topic away from music to address the abortion bill.

“Honestly, I can’t even look at my phone,” she told the publication. “I have no words for the bitches in the fucking White House.”

But then she thought of some: “It’s so unbelievable. It makes me, like, red. It makes my ears fucking steam out of my head. Women should say, should do and feel and be exactly what they want. There should be nobody else telling them how to live their life, how to do shit. It just makes me so mad that if I start talking about it, I won’t stop. Men should not make women’s choices — that’s all I have to say.”

The bill, passed 25-6 in Alabama’s Republican-led Senate, would be a near-total ban on abortion in the state, via Variety.

Doctors could receive up to 99 years in prison for performing an abortion, and the law only allows exceptions “to avoid a serious health risk to the unborn child’s mother,” for ectopic pregnancy and if the “unborn child has a lethal anomaly.”

Alabama is the latest state to push forward restriction abortion bills, as just last week, Georgia passed a law that would ban abortions if a fetal heartbeat can be detected. Two other states, Ohio and Mississippi, have passed similar legislation.
