Yesterday brought the stupidly exciting news that our Queen and Saviour, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, was pregnant. WITH TWINS.
She gifted us this beautiful, emotional news via her Instagram account, where she posted a highly-stylised image of herself holding her belly. The photo had the caption,
“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over.We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters”
While we were probably a bit too excited yesterday to really look at the nuances and detail of Bey‘s photoshoot, the queen has thankfully now gifted us with a huge album of images, videos, and information documenting her pregnancy thus far, as well details of her pregnancy with Blue in 2011.
She posted more photos, reportedly shot by New York artist Awol Erizku, to her website.

In typical Yoncé fashion, the shoot and the narrative story (complete with words written by Warsan Shire) are both completely and utterly stylised down to the last minute detail. But stylised or no, its insanely goddamn beautiful.
