Angelina Jolie’s Wedding Dress Was Decorated With Artwork Drawn By Her Children

There’s been a fair bit of brew-ha-ha made about the leak of an enormous amount of private photos of celebrities thanks to a malicious hacking effort this week. And part of the reason this happened was because celebrities can cash in on their fame and notoriety by selling off photos to big events in their lives, like weddings, and that in turn creates an over-fascination – or perceived notion of public property in the minds of some.

But maybe that’s a philosophical debate best suited for an article other than one where we discuss the fact that Angelina Jolie‘s wedding dress cannot even be dealt with.
We all know by now, those of us so inclined to partake in the gossip mill, that Jolie, 39, married her long-term partner Brad Pitt, 50, and the – wait… Brad Pitt is 50? Brad Pitt. The actor. Is fifty years old. Seriously? Jesus tapdancing shit.
Right, so Jolie and Old Man Pitt got hitched at their French estate in the small village of Correns. The ceremony was small, attended by 20 or so, and the real focal point of the day was the involvement of the couple’s six children – all of whom had a specific role to play. You had eldest sons Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, who walked Mum down the aisle. You had flower girls Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6. And then finally you had the young’uns Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, who served as ring bearers.
YOU’RE the one who’s crying, not me. Shut up. I have allergies.
To top it all off, Jolie’s dress was adorned with ARTWORK DRAWN BY THE KIDS that had been sewn on to both the dress and veil. Thanks to the magic of magazine covers (IT’S NOT A DEAD INDUSTRY AFTER ALL, PEOPLE! IT LIVES! IT LIVES!) we get to have ourselves a good old fashioned look.
I know this is normally the point at which we’d throw a little shade but… but…
