Andy Murray is undoubtedly one of the best tennis players of our time. But that’s not what this story is about.
This story is about the fact that Andy Murray is unequivocally, 100%, no doubt in our minds the kid from Love Actually.
A mere 17 hours ago, Murray posted a photo of himself as a wee young lad to Instagram. The picture of a smiling bebé-aged Murray was accompanied by a pretty gut-wrenching essay by the 30-year-old detailing his rocky recovery from a hip injury:
While the point of the upload was to give his fans a health update, something else piqued their interests. And that was the fact that the tennis champ starred in your favourite 2003 Christmas-themed rom com.
Sad news about his hip but I can’t get over the fact that I had no idea @andy_murray was in Love Actually. #AndyMurray pic.twitter.com/W7fQqMgBOC

Fascinating stuff, really. To think that Murray was both a playing tennis at a semi-professional level and starring as a small boy in a box office hit, concurrently? Wild!
