Undeserved acts of nepotism give everyone the shits and, alternatively, giving credit where credit’s due is awesome; nothing beats a high five up top after winning a tough game of doubles. Melbourne band Mission Control have been quietly building an audience and making critics sit up with their shimmering brand of cosmic pop jams. Their latest release is single “Green Knight” – a collaboration between Mission Control and acclaimed American producer Memory Tapes where lush electronica meets psychedelic 70s vocal harmonies and dancefloor-ready beats.
“Green Knight” is accompanied by a beautifully-shot video clip made by Riley Blakeway and Pedestrian youth and production multi-tasker Matt Dempsey.
