Your mates in Dune Rats – the pot-punk noisemakers of your absolute dreams – have taken to the pool, dranks in hand, after securing the top spot for their second full-length The Kids Will Know It’s Bullshit.
Perhaps it’s obvious the boys would choose to take a dip on a day like this, y’know, owing to the intense heat engulfing the eastern half of this country. Still, have a squiz at their efforts:
FWIW, Dunies have just come off a string of absolutely wild Laneway Festival gigs, which could have helped their album-slinging cause. Singles Scott Green and Bullshit also pulled a commendable #34 and #33, respectively, in the Triple J Hottest 100.
Not bad at all, and hey, props for managing to pen tunes like Scott Green while still inhabiting the same premises as their parentals.
