‘Cash Me Ousside’ Girl In Hot Water After Ripping Iconic Logo For Her Merch

The life of Danielle Bregoli, AKA the ‘Cash Me Ousside’ Girl, seems to be going from one dramatic moment to another at the moment.
After her tumultuous two visits to the ‘Dr. Phil’ couch, Bregoli and her mother were then kicked off a plane for fighting with a (similarly volatile) passenger. The footage of all of the aforementioned events were like a car crash you could not look away from. And Danielle would probably scream at us that we should ‘cash her ousside’ for even saying that.
The attention that ‘Cash Me Ousside’ has received has been so huge that Bregoli even began her own merch, which includes these incredible tasteful and obviously-uniquely-designed items:
Now, we’ve learned that she’s copping angry cease and desist letters for using a very well-known brand’s logo.
While we were kinda hoping that it was Kanye West (the shirt on the right in the above photo looks quite a bit like his Donda/Rob shirts from the ‘Saint Pablo‘ tour merch), it’s actually a company called Hanes
They’re nooooooot happy at all about Danielle using the iconic logo for athletics brand ‘Champion’ for her jumpers (left and middle) – it’s the direct copy of the Champion ‘C’ thats the problem.
TMZ managed to obtain a copy of the letter that was sent to the Bregolis – the company says it needs to protect its “extensive consumer goodwill and reputation.” And it’s pretty to easy to see that the company is panicking because the ‘Cash Me Ousside’ girl is not the kind of brand ambassador they actually want. They probably don’t even want her wearing a legit Champion hoodie, tbf.
They’ve given her a week to cease and desist all production of the items that use the logo. As far as we can tell at time of writing, the shirts are still currently up for sale.
Oh! Also, we’re not 100% sure what Hanes are planning on doing about the Kodak Black music video that she starred in – she’s wearing the jumper pretty much the whole way through it:
If you haven’t overdosed and are still living for ‘Cash Me Ousside How Bow Dah‘, you can check out Bregoli’s merch site (which is “official as fuck, ho”, btw) here: howbowdah.myshopify.com
