The final day of the NBA regular season might have turned out to be something of a fizzer, with a raft of key stars rested in preparation for the start of the NBA Playoffs.
But nobody told that to Australian/Sudanese baller Thon Maker, who just turned up so hard the neighbours filed a noise complaint.
Maker and his Milwaukee Bucks travelled to Boston with the Celtics chasing that number one spot in the Eastern Conference.
Enjoying increased court time thanks to starters warming the bench, Maker managed an entirely serviceable game featuring 9 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 blocks.
One of those blocks was so utterly vicious it should be contained in a zoo.
Jumping on the end of an outlet pass in the 3rd quarter, Celtic Jae Crowder thought he had clear air to knock down a casual open layup.

The Celtics managed to take the game 112-94, sealing the top seed in the east and booking a meeting with 8-seed Chicago in the first round of the playoffs.
Elsewhere in the east, Cleveland is set to take on Indiana, Maker and the Bucks face off against Toronto, and the Washington Wizards have a date with the Atlanta Hawks.
Over in the west, top seed Golden State meets Portland in the first round, while San Antonio takes on Memphis, the Houston Rockets take on the Oklahoma City Thunder in a battle of MVP candidates, and the barnstorming Utah Jazz are set to take on the Los Angeles Clippers.
Strap yourselves in, folks. It’s gonna be a HOT postseason.
