Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator:
The successful applicant will coordinate marketing & promotional campaigns as part of the retail team, be the point of contact for the digital marketing agency communicating season activity, ad copy, category focuses, promotions and landing pages. You will schedule, monitor and report on all social channels, coordinating the social monthly plan locally and globally, contribute to researching, developing and implementing new digital marketing initiatives and assist the marketing team in creating global launch assets.
The ideal candidate will assist sales from start to finish, to process orders, track orders and ensure time deliveries, build strong and trusting relationships with all customers by investigating and resolving queries and issues raised in a timely and efficient manner and take a proactive approach to account management. You will develop strategies to optimise sales growth with existing wholesale and key account base and identify new multi-door opportunities in the region, communicate with multiple departments and prepare sales analysis & sales feedback.
