Applications for the new season of Survivor Australia opened in March this year, according to this application page that I found on Ten’s website.
“Applications are now open for the new season of Australian Survivor,” it read.
Here’s what they’re after, in case you were wondering:
We’re seeking men and women of all backgrounds and locations around Australia.
You need to be physically and mentally strong enough to survive in some of the toughest conditions ever experienced.
You must be able to engage with others, be confident and be comfortable living in close quarters with strangers.
And most of all, you need to be ready to play the game!
The new season was filmed in “the vast outback of North West Queensland”, according to TV Blackbox.
The publication adds, “these castaways will need to be ready for a unique set of challenges. Who will outwit, outlast, and outplay to become Sole Survivor?”
Australian Survivor: Brains V Brawn is hosted by the aforementioned hot jungle daddy Jonathan LaPaglia and is produced by Endemol Shine Australia for Network 10.
