The Daily Telegraph reports NSW Police have granted Mitchell Hooke, Phoebe Burgess’ father, a temporary AVO against Burgess following an argument on Saturday.

The report claims police attended the Hooke family home in Bowral, NSW on Saturday after Hooke called police on his son-in-law.

Burgess was reportedly asked to leave the property when the argument turned heated.

The father-of-three is said to have left the property when asked and it is not alleged he did anything wrong by visiting the house.

Phoebe was reportedly not home when Burgess arrived at her parents’ house to visit his children, Poppy, 2, and Billy, 10 months.

“Police are investigating an incident at a property near Bowral shortly after 5pm yesterday,” a police spokeswoman said on Sunday afternoon.

“There are no reports of any injuries.”

Burgess will reportedly attend Moss Vale Local Court on November 6 to respond to the AVO.

Earlier this month The Sunday Telegraph reported that the couple had been living apart in the weeks leading up to their split.

Speculation began when Sam was photographed moving his belongings out of their eastern suburbs home in January.
