Get ready to invite your friends over for a game night because Baby Yoda Monopoly exists and it really doesn’t get better than that.
Since the release of the Disney+ series The Mandalorian, the internet has lost their fucking minds over this adorable creature. And now, you can combine your love of this little green man with your love of family-destroying board games. Honestly, what more could you ask for?
Unfortunately, the Monopoly: The Child Edition isn’t available until September, so it won’t be curing your isolation boredom any time soon. But how could you possibly say no to that face?
For the measly price of $68, you could be playing Monopoly as one of four Baby Yodas, which is a truly priceless experience.
In case you missed it, Baby Yoda isn’t actually called Baby Yoda. And at 50-years-old, he’s hardly a baby. But considering Yoda’s species lives to be 900, our boy Baby Yoda is simply called The Child.
“Imagine traveling around the galaxy with The Child, or affectionately known as “Baby Yoda” by fans. This Monopoly: Star Wars The Child edition board game features themes and artwork inspired by The Mandalorian live-action TV series on Disney Plus. Move around the gameboard as The Child, buy and sell Hideouts and Common Houses, and follow the actions on the Camtono cards and Bounty Puck cards. The last player remaining after everyone else has gone bankrupt wins the game!” The description reads.
The set includes four playable characters, 18 title deed cards, 16 Bounty Puck cards, 16 Camtono cards, 32 plastic hideouts, 12 plastic common houses, 12 dice, a money pack, a game guide and one gameboard.
Hasbro revealed the game in the lead up to International Star Wars Day on May 4th. You won’t be able to play this adorable edition on May 4th, but the Disney+ gods are blessing us by adding The Rise of Skywalker to the platform just in time for your annual Star Wars marathon.
