Trimapee SS09/10 Damaged/Disposition

The monochromatic lookbook for Trimapee’s SS09/10 collection Damaged/Disposition opens with a Hedi Slimane-esque portrait of a shirtless man in face-obscuring, ethnic-inspired head wear – and just like that we’re mesmerized.

The looks that follow: diaphanous cardigans, voluminous pants and structured dresses are the type of Goth-Chic ensembles that could clothe Parisian Vampires, Japanese Art Curators and Australian fashion kids with equal aplomb and possess the androgynous slouch of wares destined to be shared between lovers.

If you’d prefer to see the clothes in person, Peter Strateas and Mario-Luca Carlucci, the design duo behind the label, will show Damaged/Disposition on September 4th as part of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week with drinks, music and frivolity guaranteed with every ticket purchase. Check out the event details below and purchase tickets from the cool cats at Grand Social.
