Anyone who regularly rides the Sydney Trains network will know that any trip can turn into an adventure in a fraction of a second. Most of those adventures involve industrial quantities of spew, but sometimes there’s narrative variation.
Like last night on the Airport line, when some maniac with inscrutable motives tossed a pair of chooks into the open doors of a carriage and fled into the night like some kind of demented Batman. 7 News had the scoop:

Looks like they chooked about on the packed train for a bit until two passengers took pity and picked them up, before bringing them to station management.
“Well, we’ve got two chickens now,” they tell the cameras, in what could be the most succinct expression of utter existential defeat yet recorded.
