In case you haven’t already noticed, Ariana Grande is the living, breathing definition of #break-up goals.
In addition to casually releasing a smash hit toon, ‘Thank u, next’ just weeks after calling off her engagement to Pete Davidson, and also dealing with the tragic death of her ex Mac Miller, Ariana’s emerged from the last few months proving she’s one helluva strong woman.
A quick look at the lyrics of her latest song and Ari also acknowledges her recent break-up helped her form a different relationship with herself:

Now, to symbolise the beginning of a new Ariana era, the singer’s just gone and done what we’ve all been waiting for. She’s gone and got herself the obligatory break-up chop. And boy, does she look gooood.
To refresh your memory, during her engagement to Pete, Ari sported her iconic ponytail, which looked like dis:
Just today Ari’s shared a new picture on her Instagram feed showing your girl rockin’ a fre$h as fuck lob:

But then, in a slightly confusing move, Ariana followed the post with another shot of her Rapunzel-length pony (??):
We have no idea what this means tbh. Maybe this second pic is a throwback shot, maybe not. Also, is it just me, or does her hair look kinda green here? WHO KNOWS.
Ari’s had some pretty cray hair transformations over the last year, including going blonde:

In short, we’re not 100% sure what’s going on with Ari The Hair Chameleon. One thing we do know with certainty, thought, is that her ponytail features a shittonne of extensions, so our bet is Ariana’s just freshened up her natural hair with a crisp lob, before adding in some uber-long green extensions for the ‘gram.
