Adidas SLVR AW09 Video Preview

Much like the Bourne Identity style Y-3 clip released earlier this year, Adidas forge ahead in the world of video lookbooks with this monochromatic one minute skitz-out for their fashion-forward SLVR line.

Lying somewhere between the sportiness of their regular wares and the high-fashion chic of their Yohji Yamamoto collaborating Y-3 line, SLVR is explained as “A complete collection of innovative pieces designed with care and rigor. Adidas SLVR is pure, streamlined form, stripped of excess; it delivers effortless dressing for those who appreciate design. Rigorous simplicity. Total versatility. Pure understated style.”

Translation? Clean, simple, subtly directional and effortlessly utilitarian or the dream attire of fixie riding graphic designers everywhere. Check out the video below…

The adidas SLVR film for A/W 2009-10 is directed by Theo Stanley / Mountain View edited by Zak Tucker, with music provided by Sam Wagster and creative direction by Pietsch Lim.
