70 Australian Schools Targeted By Nude-Sharing Pornography Ring

Heads up, this is extremely gross and liable to make you a bit uncomfortable and a fair bit angry, so proceed with caution if you reckon reading about sexual exploitation of underage girls might be upsetting.
An international pornography ring is targeting young women and high school girls via a site encouraging users to seek out and share graphic photos and details about victims without their knowledge.
The site is primarily used by teen boys and young men, who nominate a high school or area they want nudes from and usually offer other nudes in trade for any images other users can provide.
Since the site started operating in December last year, over 2000 images have been uploaded by Australian members.
Images of girls school uniforms engaging in sexual acts has prompted complaints to the police, who have to date been unable to do anything since the site is hosted overseas.
Requests to have images taken down are met with derision, often those complaining are added to “wanted” lists on the site – leading users to seek out compromising images or details of the person making the complaint.
To protect the site, users are told not to tell victims that their photos have been uploaded, and type names by replacing some letters with numbers and symbols so that they can’t easily be searched.
28 high schools in NSW, 18 in Queensland, 15 in Victoria, five in the ACT, two in South Australia and two in Tasmania are mentioned on the site.
The Victorian Department of Education says it will be offering support to all schools with girls affected by this awful turn of events.
