Nat Fyfe Won The Thirst Vote Last Night, Which Is More Important Than Any Brownlow

Nat Fyfe

Fremantle skipper Nat Fyfe won his second Brownlow Medal last night, polling a total of 33 votes over 23 rounds to snatch the coveted award (for the AFL’s all around best and fairest) from Geelong’s Patrick Dangerfield (27 votes), Carlton co-captain Patrick Cripps (26 votes) and Brisbane Lions gun Lachie Neale (26 votes).

But more importantly, away from the football accolades, Nat won something else: everyone’s hearts.

Looking lovely in a suit and scarf combo with his girlfriend Eleanor Bradshaw on his arm, every time the Freo midfielder appeared on screen, Twitter squealed.

But some were upset about Eleanor’s presence.

Matt Nicholls tweeted several Nat-related sentiments, but this one was on the money.

Others were excited about the throwback pic to Nat’s win in 2015, in which he took phone calls with no top on.

Other viewers just couldn’t handle any of it, especially his eloquent winner’s speech.

Others were threatened by Nat.

Matt Nicholls coming up with the goods again:

Some people stuck to the point: the guy is hot.

And this tweet is from over a week ago, but tbh it’s just always going to be relevant.

SAME, TASHA. SAME.

Congrats to Nat Fyfe on his big Brownlow win, but also to his beautiful face.
