Holy Shit, The Pics Of MMA Fighter ‘Cyborg’ Santos’ Cracked Skull Are Gnarly

Veteran MMA fighter Evangelista ‘Cyborg’ Santos is in a UK hospital awaiting surgery after a knee to the head during Bellator 158 on the weekend left him with a cracked skull.

He suffered a compound skull fracture after opponent Michael Page delivered the huge blow to his head with 30 seconds remaining in the second round, in what one UFC commentator called “the worst MMA injury I’ve ever seen”.

Doctors have said it could have been a life threatening injury, according to his ex-wife Cristiane ‘Cyborg’ Justino.

She shared a photo of Cyborg’s clearly dented forehead on Instagram, as well as an X-ray of the damage, and asked fans to pray for his recovery.
