AFL Game Improved Immeasurably By The Presence Of Darth Vader, Stormtroopers

With the imminent departure of the suspected megalomaniac that is current AFL overlord Andrew Demetriou, it was left to that other dark lord to make his presence felt at the footy last week.

In a commendable display of using of “the force”, AFL minnows ewoks the Western Bulldogs acknowledged the occasion of unofficial Star Wars appreciation day, May the fourth, by adding one S. Trooper to their playing list, then later, taking the field for their round seven clash against the Essendon Bombers at Etihad Stadium Saturday night by running through a guard of honour formed by Darth Vader and an ominous row of stormtroopers.
Sadly for the club foolish enough to associate with the most inaccurate gunners in the universe, the doggies lost 65-73 after kicking 9 goals 11.
Next time call up this guy.
