If you are too adventurous to enjoy popcorn and choc tops at Hoyts Cinemas, this could be relevant to your interests. It’s called The Underground Cinema and it’s an immersive, participatory cinematic experience. The preservation of mysteriousness permitting, the site can’t divulge exactly what the goings on are. We do know the theme is snow, and it sounds like a movie/murder in the dark hybrid. Apparently “you’ll need to have a keen eye for detail and a propensity to discover the truth. Temperatures are low and snow has been forecast as an entire town awaits the verdict, relying on all the help they can get”.
Tickets to the Melbourne version apparently sold out in an hour, meaning this is definitely not a terrible event. Here are the full details:
