USyd Students Are Flashing Their Nether Regions To Raise $$$ For Greyhounds

The University of Sydney‘s annual nude charity calendar will this year be raising money for Friends of the Hound, a charity dedicated to caring for and rehoming rescued greyhounds.

Over 70 of the Veterinary Science Faculty‘s 4th year students helped produce the ‘Free Range Vets‘ calendar, which involved getting their kit off in eight degree weather on a farm in Camden and using chickens to warm their unmentionables.

“It was bloody cold,” said Jamie Wildner, one of the organisers of the calendar. “[But] if we can help, [then] tromping naked through a paddock while trying to wrangle various animals, pieces of farm equipment and stray body parts will be all worth it.”

Chickens were not the only animals sequestered to warm wayward dongs: piglets, horses, bunnies, chicks, lambs, kittens, calves and more were all roped in for the charity fun.

“Whether you’re for or against greyhound racing, ban or no ban, there will always be sweet greyhound dogs needing a forever home,” said Jamie.

Can’t argue there.
