But luckily, the next best thing is coming, and it looks bleedin’ magnificent (but it won’t be bleeding, due to NSW’s rare hamburger laws (Lol, what even *IS* the phrase “rare hamburger laws” though, ugh 
)).
)).Due to the blaring success of Burgerpalooza, a pop-up is coming to Sydney’s CBD for 2 weeks, called ‘Down-N-Out’.
And yes, that name is a play on In-N-Out for a reason – it’ll be paying homage to their deliciously tasty menu that we dream of but cannot access, all the way across the pond in the US of A.
Look at this shit, seriously:
Hashtag Burgers are teaming up with the former chef at the always illustrious Mr. Crackles, Sebastian Cens, in order to deliver delish burgers, fries and shakes straight to your salivating mouth holes.
It’ll be at the Sir John Young Hotel, starting from the 8th of June, to the 21st.
And the Hashtag Burgers team want you to know,
