With the final season of HBO‘s epic, bloody prohibition era romp Boardwalk Empire looming, we’ve now got a first little look at what we should be expecting.
In a word? Chaos.
The fifth and final season begins airing in the US on September 8th Australian time, and will see the sordid tale of Steve Buscemi‘s masterfully created Nucky Thompson come to a final, and perhaps rightful, close.
‘Course with that said, I always felt the show lost a little of its pizzazz when they killed off Jimmy Darmody. And even more so when Richard Harrow – the one-eyed psychopath – bit the dust at the end of last season.
But I’m just one man with one opinion.
