Stalwart Melbourne label LIFEwithBIRD have unveiled the product of an equal parts beautiful, slightly unnerving and ultimately fruitful collaboration with Spanish fine artist Ernesto Artillo, one that further conflates the already pretty hazy boundaries between art and fashion, life and Tumblr.
The resulting wares – a series of eight prints that abstract designers Bridget McCall and Nicholas Van Messner’s clean cut clothing through the use of Artillo’s characteristically surreal, impasto collage – are available to order now through LIFEwithBIRD’s online store.
