At least 20 people have been killed and a further 165 injured after a tsunami hit Indonesia, according to government officials.
It is believed that the tsunami, which struck at about 9:30pm on Saturday night, may have been caused by undersea landslides caused be recent eruptions of the volcano Karakatoa. The above photo is from July.

Officials warn that the death toll is likely to increase as rescue and recovery efforts continue. At least two people are missing, and numerous buildings have been damaged or destroyed.
According to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, the tsunami hit the Sunda Strait, including beaches in Pandeglang, Serang, and South Lampung.
