You will be involved in numerous tasks from executing fortnightly in-store VM direction across Top store, driving sales through store layouts and floor plans, communicating VM guidelines and training and developing store teams in their VM knowledge and abilities. You will be a visionary when it comes to VM as well as the time management skills and flexibility to meet unexpected challenges. As an Experienced Garment Technician you’ll be responsible for design and development of seasonal products for the Australian market. You’ll work closely with the Aussie Design Director, where you’ll be conceptualising and creating garment designs to a line plan and range architecture, develop concepts and ideas for designated categories and design and develop products through to exciting sampling stages. To be perf for this role you’ll need to have some practical experience in a garment design, ideally within the surf/skate side o’ things, you’ll need to not be phased by that old chestnut of a deadline and have some solid product construction and development knowledge in that noggin of yours.
