Another woman has accused Grammy-winning singer Chris Brown of hitting her after an incident over the weekend.

NBC News reports that police officers responded to reports of an argument in the in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. The incident is now being investigated as battery.

“The female victim advised she and the suspect argued and the suspect struck her,” an LAPD spokesperson told Page Six.

According to TMZ, the woman said that Brown hit her in the back of the head hard enough for her weave to come out. However, she has no other injuries.

Brown has not made a formal statement about the matter, however heaps of people are taking his recent Insta story to be some kind of denial.

Brown has been involved in multiple legal troubles involving violence over the years, including against women.

Back in 2009, Brown pled guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The photos of her battered face made headlines around the world.

In 2017 Brown’s ex-girlfriend, model and actor Karrueche Tran, was granted a five-year restraining order after she accused him of being physically abusive and threatening her. In 2019, a woman in France accused Brown of raping her.

Brown’s record label declined to comment on these new allegations, and they’re expected to result in a misdemeanour charge at the most.
