Although you might not recognise the name, you might recognise WoodRocket from their work, which includes such terrifying gems as Dick and Morty and Assventure Time. The quite pragmatically named The Bowsette Porn Parody brings to the table a set decorated with Bowsette fan art, a handful of oddly hung tools, and a racing car bed; a series of the worst Mario puns you have ever heard in your entire life; and, of course, Bowsette going to town on Mario‘s penis.
I’m not sure that getting a regular child’s racing car bed and painting a ’69’ on it makes it, as Mario claims in the clip, a ‘Mario Kart bed’ but, hey, I’m not a porn producer.

The version on PornHub has been watched around 44,000 times so far, by a bunch of people that I bet almost universally have told themselves that they’re just watching it ‘as a joke’.
