Actual Human Scum Jared Fogle To Sue The Parents Of One Of His Victims

Convicted pedophile and noted deadshit Jared Fogle, has actually reached new levels of scum, if that were possible.

The 39-year-old former Subway guy was sentenced to 15 years in prison last November, after pleading guilty to having sex with two underage girls, and receiving images of child abuse from his former employee, Russell Taylor.

Part of his conviction stipulated that Fogle pay each of his 14 victims $100,000 each, totalling $1.4 million all up.

However, he’s now suing the parents of one of his victims, identified only as Jane Doe, blaming their divorce on his victim’s ongoing trauma.

Jane Doe was secretly filmed undressing and bathing at Taylor’s house, where she was a frequent visitor. In her own legal case earlier this year, she stated that it was after learning of this total violation of her privacy and body that she turned to drugs and alcohol, and began to contemplate suicide.

Yet Fogle is arguing that this was brought on by her parent’s divorce, and is arguing that they should be liable.

Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail read:

“B.T. and J.T. maintained a hateful and abusive relationship toward each other, which included, but was not limited to, engaging in frequent fighting and arguing between themselves; abusing alcohol and getting drunk; and engaging in frequent fighting, physical abuse, and arguing with Jane Doe, which caused Jane Doe to suffer from emotional distress, anxiety, and major depression before she learned of any allegations [about Fogle and Taylor].”

“B.T. and J.T., by their actions, caused Jane Doe to suffer from emotional distress and depression which then resulted in Jane Doe engaging in destructive behaviours, including, but not limited to alcohol abuse, substance abuse, self-mutilation, and suicidal ideation with regard to which B.T. and J.T. are liable.”
