Paramedics were called to treat 10 adults for injuries at Sydney Airport this afternoon, after a plane’s descent was met with severe turbulence.
Reports indicate the China Eastern Airlines aircraft landed safely at the international terminal, but seven adult passengers – two of them elderly – were hospitalised with various minor afflictions, from jaw lacerations to a sprained wrist.
