Anticipation for today’s Game Of Thrones finale has reached the point of near-hysteria, not least of all amongst the nerds at Sydney University.
A few months back, the uni let the Thrones theme song ring out from their bell towers. Now they’ve gone one better, staging their own recreation of the show’s opening credits, complete with aerial shots of various old buildings on campus, and another live rendition of that familiar, stirring music.
This Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past-themed recreation of the Thrones opening remains my favourite of the current crop because BEST GAME EVER, but Sydney Uni really went above and beyond with this, and deserve big congratulations.
Who’s going to die in the finale? Spoiler alert: EVERYONE.
