The trio of so-called ‘Ballarfornians’ (on account of them all being from Ballarat) that make up Twinsy are going to be throwing down at our party this week. And so, as is our modus operandi, we thought it would be grand to do a Q&A and post it on www.pedestrian.tv.
The dudes – namely Michael Belsar (Hunting Grounds), Guy Chappell (Yacht Club DJs) and Jack Craven (Neon Love) – are known for their high-energy live performances and have been absolutely killing it with festival appearances and sold out shows. Describe the best party you’ve ever been to?
One of my mates parents used to have a house out of town that was completely abandoned and empty for a few years. It was a rigid old haunted looking thing in the middle of a paddock – dusty as – but it was a great spot. Pretty sure a few people walked away on crutches, but completely worth it.
If you could invite five people to a party, (dead or alive) who would they be?
Elvis + Larry David + Mitch Hedberg + Mark, from Empire Records, and he can bring whoever he wants with + Susan Sarandon, for sure.
If you were playing an end of the world party, what song would you have to play?
‘A Thousand Miles’ by Vanessa Carlton + ‘Bird Attack’ by Frenzal Rhomb + ‘Hold The Line’ by Toto.
What are three essential ingredients for a great party?
I think having no expectations to begin with is essential to making any party great, just fill a room with legends and throw a few curve balls at them. Those nights where you have no idea what’s going on or what’s coming next usually turn out the best for me.
What can we expect to see from you @ the Coors x PEDESTRIAN.TV Double Denim Party?
Well, a lot of denim obviously and drinking all the Coors beers – it should be rad!
[Can confirm: based on the Melbourne leg of the party journey there will, in fact, be denim in abundance 
What are you guys up to for the rest of the year?
We’ll just keep on writing, recording and playing shows. We’re actually hitting up the studio again real soon for a mid-year release, so there’ll be plenty more shows surrounding that.
