Hot after dropping her single ‘Flexin‘, ya girl Tkay Maidza has followed up with a video for the slick new track, which has Tkay showing off her sporting prowess on a rugby field in London, before hitting the showers and heading behind the sports sheds for a party with LA rapper, DUCKWRTH.
Tkay notes that ‘Flexin’ is a bit of an ode to being your true self, and she dedicates it to the huge advancements in womens sport in recent years – Tkay herself was a champ tennis player before putting down the racquet to pick up the mic.
‘Flexin’ is a bit of a different direction for Tkay, growing up from the rapper that gave us ‘Brontasaurus‘, and adding a bit more ~spice~ and bite to her tracks, and ‘Flexin’ is the first taste of her new EP, Last Year Was Weird Vol. 1, which the Adelaide rapper is dropping on August 31.
