As we reported yesterday, The XX were to make amends with bummed fans who missed their intimate 2012 shows by hitting some of our larger venues in April. Turns out there were plenty of bummed fans with the Melbourne and Sydney shows selling out in 15 minutes this morning.
If you camped out by your computer all night only for your shitty dial-up to rob you of the chance to beat the online stampede for tickets, don’t despair! Two new shows have been added! Unfortunately for the band, these new developments probably rule out a Great Ocean Road road trip, extended Koala patting sessions, and any other Aus-tastic down-time activities they had planned. Sometimes being in a band must suck.
