Fresh off a triumphant Sydney show last Saturday that saw them team up with The Vines frontman Craig Nicholls for a rousing encore performance of Get Free, Las Vegas legends The Killers are playing one more very tiny show in NSW’s capital.
Hosted by American Express as part of their new Powerful Backing brand campaign, the May 9 gig will be played in a yet-to-be-announced top secret Syd location for just 400 lucky fans. FOUR HUNDRED. Like, Brandon Flowers has more sparkly suits in his closet.
It is gonna be intimate, my friends – and as someone who caught their v. small Metro Theatre gig back in 2013, I can tell you these blokes thrive in a small venue just as much as they kill it in a big arena show.
As a sweet bonus, The Killers will be supported by Sydney ledge Alex Cameron, who has supported them on their national tour.
