Like a cruel and unusual form of torture (that is nothing like torture at all but whatever), the good folk at Falls continue to drip feed this year’s lineup with another round of acts announced this morning. Heading the announcement is internationals Zach Condon aka world music enthusiast Beirut, Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor performing under the moniker CANT and UK dance guru Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs. Those names are joined by Melbourne synth-pop outfit Alpine, recent Splendour draw card The Grates and Melbourne via Brisbane stalwarts Regurgitator, who, we’re told, will perform their ’97 opus Unit (#10 on triple j’s Hottest 100 Australian albums of all time) in full.
