Playground Weekender have enacted contingency plans after weather warnings from the NSW State Emergency Services thwarted their cruisy annual music festival and non cynical dress up party.
“Keep this weekend free and don’t throw away your fancy dress costumes just yet,” said a post published yesterday on the Playground Weekender Facebook page. “We are working on doing something in the city. Hopefully we can make it happen…stay tuned for more!”
Then today, “The team here are working hard at present to find alternative venues to host the festivities and will update all right here as soon as we know more…”
