PSA for that friend you have that loudly proclaims “I LIKED THAT BAND BEFORE THEY BECAME BIG” at least once during every party they attend: Spotify‘s newest feature is right up their alley.
It’s called ‘Found Them First’, and it trawls through your ‘Played’ lists to find songs you listened to before they blew up in the charts.
So for example, if you listened to Royals by Lorde before it absolutely blew up at around this time in 2013, ‘Found Them First’ will let you know that you were ahead of the curve, and you truly are a special musical snowflake.
