Lady GaGa‘s new single ‘Judas’ leaked yesterday and once again, fresh accusations of copying have been doing the rounds.
However, unlike with ‘Born This Way’, which copped flak from everyone for sounding a bit too much like Madonna , the latest single is attracting a different kind of accusation. Keen pundits have already pointed out that she now seems to be taking cues from herself, with the chorus sounding awfully a lot like ‘Bad Romance’. Like, pretty much exactly the same but with the word Judas instead of ‘Ra-Ra Ma-Ma-Ma’ or whatever it was the last tine around.
At least we now know that at a certain level, pop will most definitely eat itself.
