Kylie Jenner is in Trouble for Tattooing Lionel Richie’s Kid

Kids do the darndest things – sneaking cigarettes, skipping school, tattooing their initials onto Lionel Richie‘s son and then getting busted for it by TMZ. You know, the kind of stuff we all did growing up.

Kylie Jenner finds herself in a little bit of hot water today for doing that last thing. Last Friday evening, the 16-year-old reality starlet was hanging out in an LA recording studio with her sister Khloe Kardashian, rapper French Montana and fellow celebrity offspring Miles Brockman Richie, who was getting ink from tattoo artist John Petro.

Jenner was bored, because apparently being a real-life character from a Bret Easton Ellis novel will do that to you, so she decided to give tattooing a go. A video obtained by TMZ shows Jenner putting on some gloves, and tattooing her initials on Richie’s hand, with a bit of help from Petro.

The problem is that Jenner is only 16, and in Los Angeles, it’s kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiind of illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to administer a tattoo. Okay, it’s actually definitely illegal. Jenner is facing a fine of $1000, which she will totally laugh off, but tattoo artist Petro, who has worked with the likes of Soulja Boy and Lil Wayne, may have his license suspended. Whoops.

The real loser here is Miles Richie, who will have a shit tattoo for the rest of his life, or until he loses his hand to a loose seal, whichever comes first.
