It was hinted at the other day that not only would Kanye West drop a new album by the year’s end but that we’d be getting the first taste of it this week. Well, turns out that was true. Kanye premiered his newie, entitled Love Lockdown, at the MTV VMA’s the other night and here’s the video of the performance. Scope it.
Kinda sounds like an emo version of T-Pain to me. Which is obviously the direction you’d take after hanging with Daft Punk and making the best futuristic rap album of last year.
The only question that remains is whether or not glowing lapel hearts will be the new shutter shades? Me thinky.
