Pedestrian has teamed up with Bulmers on Best Of Britain, an original web series dedicated to profiling the irresistibly unique talent that Britain’s been breeding. After turning the spotlight on feted London-based fashion maverick Richard Nicoll, we catch up with Anna Prior, drummer of electro pop quartet Metronomy.
As a member of Metronomy, the often jumpsuit-clad skins smith has received a nomination for the Holy Grail of Brit music accolades, the Mercury Prize, and slayed Australian audiences during their sell out tour off the back of a Falls Festival appearance just last year.
When she’s not being 25% of Metronomy (and 100% of the band’s female contingent), Anna is busy getting her snack on at night-time eating haunts around her adopted hometown of London (“moving there was the best thing I’ve ever done”, she says).
