It’s only been a couple of days since Fuzzy announced the sudden death of Parklife and introduced Listen Out, the boutique “anti-festival” with which they plan to fill the void. Fuzzy have just released the first acts for Listen Out’s inaugural outing, headlined by international acts including 2013’s breakout IDM wunderkinds Disclosure, hype-hop “Cutie pie, Truthteller, Bitch” Azealia Banks, and Spain-hailing electronic producer-DJ-musician John Talabot. “Effectively what we’re doing is a party with house music,” is how Fuzzy director John Wall described the goal of Listen Out in our recent chat with him [read it here], and based on the initial lineup things are looking on track.
