Musician, sometime actor and person who is very good at Twitter – Brendan Maclean – has just released shocking CCTV footage of the worst birthday party ever this breathless single-take music video as reward for his Pozible album campaign passing $15,000.
“Stupid is all about the disaster of falling in love with a friend, so we needed the video to be a tad bittersweet,” Brendan tells us. “First it was going to be a funeral, then everyone in the clip was going to be crancing (cry-dancing) but I think we nailed it with the final concept.”
The track was produced by Paul Mac of The Dissociatives and the clip is by Brian Fairbairn and Karl Eccleston who were asked to conceive, shoot and edit a concept in one week. This is what they came up with.
