Bondi Hipsters Release New Music Video, Added To Parklife Bill

Having just returned from the London Olympics where they critiqued the totes underground street art of Shoreditch brah the Bondi Hipsters (Bipsters? Gretchen, stop trying to make Bipsters happen!) are now ready for the next frontier in hipsterdom: space! Dom and Adrian have just released a celestial music video for their bi-curious new single, “Out In Space”, which is basically a trip-assisted version of the Ambiguously Gay Duo and something you should all watch immediately. Just not with the best friend who you harbour secret funny feelings for.

In related news, Dom and Adrian will tour nationally as part of this year’s Presets headlined Parklife line-up and promise a mind expanding performance-art-inspired DJ set involving dolphins, Morse code and fruit bats.

“We are going to be playing a DJ set entirely in braille,” Dom tells us. “Expect to not be able to hear a lot of it, because we’ve got some sub-sonic sonar producers that we’ve been working with. We’ve been experimenting with a couple of fruit bats who used to live in the Botanical Gardens, but just moved down to Bondi, and a small pod of Dolphins that swim in the bay every now and then, but you can only hear them when you are underwater.”

“We don’t scratch vinyl,” he continues. “We let vinyl scratch us…So we will be breaking records on stage and cutting each other with them. It’s about time the tables were turned, so to speak. We’ll also be tweeting on stage in Morse code, and we’ll have live sign language beat boxers on stage with us, so catering for all crowds really.”

Totes rad brah…
