Perhaps sensing the collective unease of the millions of Unsullied who won’t be receiving their Game of Thrones fix this Memorial Holiday weekend, 12-year-old 38-year-old Late Night host Jimmy Fallon has released an NBC office politics parody of HBO’s sexy epic, fittingly dubbed Game of Desks.
It’s a mostly well-done and good-humoured way of addressing the recent late night TV version of musical desk chairs, which resulted in Seth Meyers replacing Fallon on Late Night to allow for Fallon’s usurping of Jay Leno on the Tonight Show.
No doubt a few egos were dracarys’ed in that process; you win or you die, I guess.
